About the Lodge King's Lodge is located in the picturesque Grand Lake Basin of central New Brunswick, on the banks of the Burpee stream. We are an easy drive only about 12 miles east of Fredericton. We have exclusive hunting rights to over 6000 private acres of pristine Canadian Wilderness. King's Lodge is located next to the 20 square mile Acadia Game Refuge. This pristine habitat allows easy access for game to cross on the land that we hunt. Our land holds an abundance of game and is comprised of wooded thickets, rolling hills, wooded plots, clear-cuts, and some open fields. Our camp features a well built, rustic and comfortable lodge that will sleep up to 8 people, although parties of 6 or smaller are preferred. The lodge has indoor bathroom facilities, hot and cold running water, and an indoor shower. All hunting packages and prices include home cooked family style meals, guide, and field dressing and skinning of all game.

you will not soon forget. Wally is an
honest, hard working, one-of-a-kind individual who has
spent most of his life making a living
in the timber industry. His unique
personality and sense of humor will keep you
entertained and laughing during your stay.
Wally limits his hunts to only 6 hunters per week during the spring and fall bear seasons. Wally has up to 25 different bait stations available with permanent stands. He also has others that can be hunted with portable stands. We also can and will gladly accommodate disabled hunters, ask when you call, When you are hunting at King's Lodge, Wally's main concern is to see to it that you have an enjoyable and memorable time. In addition to a successful hunt, we hope you will leave as a friend. Many of our clients return to us for another hunt and many more come on the recommendation of our many previous visitors.
